About International Sufi Day

International Sufi Day falls on 17 October. It is a day to remember the Sufis of every age, from the early masters to the teachers of our own time, and to learn from their lives and teachings.

This website gathers that remembrance in one place. Anyone can register and send in an article, a biography of a Sufi, or news of a programme or gathering, in English, Urdu, Arabic or Turkish. A volunteer moderator reads every submission before it appears, to keep the site accurate and respectful.
